1. Acceptance

By using otaioutreach.com you agree to these Terms.

OTAI Outreach provides automated email outreach campaign services. Scope defined in service agreements.

50% upfront, 50% on campaign launch. Retainers billed monthly.

All campaign assets remain OTAI's property until full payment received.

Clients must provide target market details and brand assets. Timelines depend on receipt of inputs.

Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid.

Both parties keep shared information confidential.

14 days written notice. Client owes for all work completed.

Laws of the State of Michigan.
